Game duration
2. The game takes place between the following dates (inclusive): 24.07.2022 and 21.08.2022.
Participants
3. All persons who have joined the IKEA Family membership during the game period by filling in the registration form:
www.ikea.ee/client/quickfamily.
Participation requirements
4. The game takes place at the dedicated areas of the events in Tallinn.
5. All persons aged 18 years old and above who have joined the IKEA Family membership during the game period can participate in the game.
6. To participate in the game, event visitors have to scan a QR code displayed on the Food truck or fill in the registration form on the tablet provided by the assistants. Those who complete the registration participate in the game.
7. One person can participate in the game once.
Prizes
8. The 13 winners will receive 100 EUR IKEA gift cards.
9. IKEA will pick winners using a random order and contact them by email. If the winner does not respond to the email within 5 business days, IKEA reserves a right to reselect the winner.
10. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash or credit alternatives will be given in exchange for the whole or any part of the prizes. The game organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent value.
11. The prize can be collected until 30.09.2022 in the IKEA Tallinn Pick-up and Ordering Point, at the information desk, or at IKEA Tallinn store, located at Kangrumetsa tee 1, Kurna village, Rae rural municipality.
12. IKEA gift cards are valid for one year (12 months) from the date indicated on the package. IKEA gift cards can be used in accordance with the IKEA gift card rules. Learn more here.
13. The winner signs a prize delivery and acceptance certificate with the game organiser. The winner also must provide the game organiser with the additional personal data specified in the
IKEA Privacy policy, which will be used to declare the value of the prize and pay the required fees. The fees are paid by the game organiser.
Other conditions
14. The game organiser shall not be liable for any loss due to the prize postponement, delay or cancellation caused by non-performance or other actions of the third parties beyond its control. The game organiser is not responsible for the fact that the participant of the game does not check the prize or does not use the IKEA gift card within its expiration date.

17. The game and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Estonia.
18. The participant of the game has the right to submit complaints regarding the course of the game until 04.09.2022. The complaints shall be submitted in a written form by post (Peterburi tee 66/1, 13816 Tallinn, Republic of Estonia) or by email
