1.    General conditions:
1.1. Terms and conditions of the project “Bring Christmas Mood to Your Workplace with IKEA for Companies!” (hereinafter referred to as “Project”) are prepared by Project organiser  Runikon Retail OÜ (IKEA Estonia), reg. No. 14611049, legal address Kangrumetsa tee 1, Kurna küla, Rae vald, Harju maakond, 75307, Tallinn Estonia (hereinafter referred to as “Organiser”).   
1.2.    Terms and Conditions of the Project (hereinafter “Conditions”) shall govern the rules of participation for the needs of the organisation, selection and determination of the winners of the Project.
1.3.    The Project will run during the period starting 23.10.2023 at 10:00 and until 10.12.2023 at 22:00.
1.4.    The Conditions shall be binding and subject to all Participants, who submit the application form and/or are admitted for participation in the Project (hereinafter “Participant”). Where a Participant intends to apply for participation in the Project, Participant’s registration shall be mandatory. All Participants shall voluntarily and precisely fill in the application form (hereinafter referred to as “Questionnaire”), hereby  agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Project.
1.5.    The Organiser shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect expenses and/or losses of the Participant related to participation in the Project.
1.6.    Each Participant shall undertake to participate in the Project in a fair manner and not affect the results thereof using any special software or in any other fraudulent way.
1.7.    The Organiser shall reserve the right to change the conditions and/or exclude from the Project dishonest Participant or Participants, who have tried directly or indirectly to affect the final result of the Project by any means, special software or in any other fraudulent way, using other third persons or fraudulent intermediaries. If the Organiser establishes any fraudulent intervention in the Project by the Participant, including but not limited to– on the basis of suspicion, the material provided by the Participant may be deleted and shall not participate in further competition for the prize.
1.8.    If the process of the Questionnaire completion is terminated due to any reason (interferences in internet connection, technical issues of the browser or device, the Participant moves to another page during the completion of the Questionnaire of the Project, a call is received on the smartphone or other reasons), the Participant shall start the application from the beginning. The Organiser of the Project shall not assume responsibility for the above-mentioned circumstances of termination of the application.
1.9.    When applying for participation in the Project, the Participant confirms that it has become acquainted with these Conditions and agrees that:
1.9.1.    The Participant  owns the right to the material sent, granting the Organiser non-exclusive rights, without consideration or any other compensation, to transmit, adapt or otherwise process and publish the sent material on the public channels of the Organiser (including social media as Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for promotional reasons of the Project. 
1.9.2.    In the case of winning, the Participant shall grant the rights, without consideration or any other compensation, to the Organiser to use the filmed and photographed material (also its fragments) for the purposes of advertising and marketing (promotion) of the Project on  source specified in Clause 1.9.1 and public notifications for an unlimited period of time, in unlimited number and place, without a separate notification and/or alignment of the Organiser with the Participant (also attributable to third persons depicted in the sent material).

2.    Regarding the Project, selection and prize:

2.2.    Essence of the Project: when Christmas is approaching, the team of IKEA Business Customer Department wishes to arrange a special surprise for companies by decorating the room of the workplace applied for the Project. In total, three winners will be determined – companies that will receive the Christmas interior decoration in the applied room as a prize.
2.3.    The Project will take place from 23.10.2023–10.12.2023.
2.4.    The Project will take place in several sections:
2.4.1.    The application selection launches as of  23.10.2023–05.11.2023 at 22:00.
2.4.2.    The selection stage and determination of the candidates for the 2nd stage launches as of 06.11.2023–12.11.2023.
2.4.3.    A selection for planning the introduction of changes launches as of 13.11.2023–19.11.2023.
2.4.4.    Final selection – introduction of changes and publishing of results launches as of 27.11.2023–01.12.2023.
2.5.    Selection of Participants:
2.5.1.    All Participants will be assessed by the Organiser of the Project at their discretion, considering the following selection criteria:
2.5.1.1.    Topicality of the story applied by the Participant in public;
2.5.1.2.    The need for emotional transformation;
2.5.1.3.    Motivation of the Participant for transformation of the premises;
2.5.1.4.    Technical condition, floor space of the room applied for transformation and ability to implement the interior improvement works in a Christmas mood to be performed within the time periods and budget determined for the Project.
2.5.2.    From the Participants, who have correctly and understandably completed the Questionnaire for participation in the Project and specified all necessary information, the Organiser shall select those who will participate in the second stage of the selection. The Participants for the second stage of the selection will be selected by 12 November 2023. The time period may only be prolonged in the case where it is notified in writing.
2.5.3.    The Partner will individually contact the Participants selected for the second stage of selection of the Project by using the contact information specified in the Questionnaire.
2.5.4.    In the case of need, meetings may be organised with the Participants, who will enter the second stage of selection of the Project for the inspection of the premises, where the Partner and/or Organiser of the Project will participate.
2.5.5.    The Partner will contact 3 (three) selected Participants regarding participation in the final stage (interior arrangement and photographing / filming of the final result) of the Project, organising all necessary documentation regarding the provisions of the implementation of the project with the Participants. 2.6.    Prize:
2.6.1.    Interior arrangement in a Christmas mood in the room applied for the Project. In total, three (3) winners will be selected, who will receive decoration of the room with IKEA interior items, excluding the performance of repair works, changing or dismantling of the current furniture.
2.6.2.    The prize is provided by the Organiser (IKEA Estonia).
2.6.3.    In the case where it is impossible to contact the Participant/winner by using the contact information specified in the Questionnaire, or the winner fails to reply to the Organiser within 7 (seven) calendar days after the receipt of the information regarding the provisions for receipt of the prize, the winner shall lose the right to the prize, and another winner shall be determined in accordance with the rules.
2.6.4.    Employees of the Organiser (IKEA Estonia), family members of the employees, shall not be permitted to participate in the Project . Such participation shall be specified as unfair behaviour towards the Organiser and other Participants to the Project.
3.    Requirements for the Participants:
3.1.    Submitter of the Questionnaire of relevant organisation shall be at least 18 years old and shall be the employee of the company.

3.2.    In order to apply for participation in the Project, there is no need to pay anything or buy anything.
3.3.    When registering for participation in the Project, the Participant shall specify in the form:
3.3.1.    His/her name, surname, work phone number, e-mail address, position;
3.3.2.    Name of the place of work (that he/she wishes to apply for Christmas transformation) and address of the place of work (city and street);
3.3.3.    It should be specified whether the person is the owner of the said premises or an employee, and the current occupation should be specified;
3.3.4.    The room of the place of work that he/she wishes to apply for should be specified as well as the reason for Christmas transformation (the size of the room should be specified and the opinion of the person about what the room should look like after transformation);

3.3.5.    A reply should be given on the readiness to engage in communication about interior planning, as well as the implementation processes;
3.3.6.    Other information may be specified at discretion.
3.4.    The received information and data will be processed for the purposes of the organisation and implementation of the Project, and notification of the winners s indicated below.
3.5.    In cases where the Participant fills in the Questionnaire instead of any other person (or another person is visible in the material sent by him/her), he/she shall undertake to inform the person about the provisions of these conditions and assume full responsibility, including material, towards the person, whose data and/or private information he/she has provided, as well as shall undertake to cover all losses to Organiser.
3.6.    All applications shall comply with the following requirements (applications, which, according to the opinion of the Organiser, violate the rules specified below, will not be considered):
3.6.1 the applications SHALL NOT include materials with obviously sexual, vulgar or pornographic content and materials that depict violence, mutilation, discrimination, illegal activities, threats, profanity or harassment;
3.6.2 the applications SHALL NOT include materials, containing computer viruses or other software that could disturb or restrict the operation of communication networks;
3.6.3 the applications SHALL NOT include materials that are related to third parties (also friends or minor persons, who have not obtained the relevant consent of parents or legal representatives), who have not unequivocally authorised the Participant to use their images or data for the application for this Project.
4.    Personal data processing rules:
4.1.    When participating in the Project, the Participant is informed and agrees that for the purpose of administration of the Project, including the notification of winners and giving of a prize, as well as popularisation of the Project the Organiser shall process the personal data of the Participants.
4.2.    The Organiser shall not be responsible for the content and form of submission of the information submitted by the Participants. Information disclosed about the Participant, if the relevant information is provided by the Participant, shall not be deemed as a breach of privacy of the person.
