”When mounting curtain rails myself, I’ve often thought about how it could be made simpler. So when I got the chance to create VIDGA curtain rail system, I knew what I wanted to do. The new system needed to look good, and be as easy to understand as to mount with just a few tools. And I am very pleased with the outcome! VIDGA curtain hanging system lets you hang your curtains in many different ways – in front of a window or niche, as room dividers or to create sliding textile doors. You can mount your solution from the ceiling or wall. For wall solutions, choose between two bracket lengths according to your preference and needs. Modular VIDGA system can be expanded to your desired length, and with the corner pieces you can also tailor your solution to seamlessly work in or around corners.
Kristin, Kristjan, and Saara live in a wooden apartment house in Tallinn. With Kristjan in a band, the home is filled not only with everyday items but also with instruments and stage outfits, though there’s no proper wardrobe system. Three rooms are awaiting transformation: the living room, Saara’s room, and a storage room – one of which will become the parents' bedroom. Kristin mentions that they are not necessarily after traditional solutions, but comfort and practicality are still key.
