Small and bigger spare parts

You can find smaller spare parts, such as screws, knobs, or plugs in our physical meeting points – at exchanges and returns and pick-up point counters at IKEA Tallinn store, and at IKEA Tartu Planning Studio. Before visiting us, think about what and how much you need. If you cannot find your desired item in one of our containers, our co-workers will gladly help you.

Missing a larger part? Ask about furniture spare parts at your local IKEA meeting point or by contacting our customer service centre. To get the necessary parts, you need the article number of the item. If the product is under warranty, we will order a spare part for you for free.
 

The IKEA value chain is cooperating with ASCI Elektro Service Vertriebs GmbH to offer you a wide range of spare parts to your IKEA appliance. IKEA has chosen to cooperate with ASCI since they have long experience and good capability to provide and extensive range of spare parts. ASCI offers original spare parts that corresponds well to the standard on components that IKEA applies.

If you are a professional appliance service or maintenance provider and require parts to repair an IKEA appliance, replacement and spare parts can be ordered through our authorized partner, ASWO (ASWO International Service GmbH).
